Barry Bonds was warmly greeted by fans at the pre-game event, Fuji Photo Day at Pacific Bell Park on Saturday, June 28, 2003. He was great with the fans and very friendly. He talked to many of them and shook their hands.
He had a good day at the plate as he went 1 for 3 with a home run off Barry Zito of the Oakland A’s in the 4th inning. The Giants won the game 8-7.
