My buddy Larry took me to the Taza Chocolate Factory tour immediately after we completed the Fenway Park tour. Larry is a chocolate connoisseur and introduced me to the unique stone ground chocolate of Taza. After tasting this chocolate for the first time, I became a big fan of their chocolate. I highly recommend you go on their tour if you are a chocolate lover. Unfortunately, we went on a weekend and they were not producing the chocolate in the factory. But it was very interesting to see and hear their process from the video and from the tour guide. The best part was tasting the different samples of chocolates they produced. They have all of the chocolates available for purchase at their factory store in the same location.
Please see their chocolate processing as per my photographs from their walls.
