Morning fog cleared for this beautiful multi-colored arrangement in nature. This was taken in Northern Ontario Canada in September 2014. I had never seen so many colors in one tree before this. I experienced an awesome Fall Foliage experience while visiting family in Sault Ste Marie Ontario. They were so nice to take us to great Fall Foliage viewing areas. Thank you very much to our Canadian Relatives for helping us find these spots to take these pictures.

I was walking down the awesome Hub Trail in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario Canada, and saw this Sugar Maple Leaf on the trail highlighted by sunlight and had to take a picture of it. I really need to go back to the Hub Trail as this picture was taken in September 2014.

This photograph was taken in September 2014 in Northern Ontario Canada near Sault Ste Marie. It was fascinating seeing the process of change from green to red in the Sugar Maple Leaf. This was what I actually saw and did not use any filters on the lens.

Our wonderful Canadian Relatives introduced us to the Hub Trail in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario Canada. I could spend the whole week there if I had the time. This photograph was taken in the late afternoon in mid-September 2014. We were very fortunate to hit the peak of the Fall Foliage for the week that we were visiting family.
I love the Fall with the glowing leaves and the long shadows. It is here and I am looking forward to this season.

Autumn is almost here and it is the season for the brilliant colors in the Sugar Maple Leaves. I live for Autumn and the changing of colors in the landscapes. This photograph was taken in Northern Ontario Canada near Sault Ste Marie in mid September 2012.

These pictures were taken with a Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L IS Macro Lens. This lens is a lot of fun to use when taking close-up shots.
The sugar maple leaves were taken in Northern Ontario Canada during Fall Foliage in mid September 2014. That was a great trip of a lifetime as we had a fantastic visit with family and hit the Fall Foliage at the peak. We had nice warm weather with a lot of sunshine most of the week we were there between storms.

I took this picture near Sault Ste Marie Ontario Canada in mid September in 2014. I am wondering if Fall Foliage is at its peak now in “The Soo”?
Weather and conditions permitting, I could spend days photographing the Fall Foliage in Northern Ontario. I really do want to go back to this region again in the future. The people there are very friendly and I had such a fun and relaxing time photographing the Fall Foliage, that I felt energized.

I wish California had Fall Foliage like Eastern Canada. This picture was taken in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, Canada. When I saw all the Fall Foliage leaves, I was energized and brought a big smile to my face. Because of Fall Foliage, Autumn is my favorite season. The early morning and late afternoon sunlight also appears more dramatic for photographs during Autumn. I am so looking forward to Autumn coming up in a few weeks.
